paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are hereby advised that the
Company has received formal notification in the prescribed form that The Elm Trust has disposed all of
their securities of the Company such that the total interest in the securities of the Company held by The
Elm Trust now amounts to 0% of the total issued securities of that class in the share capital of the
Company.
