DISCLOSURE OF AQUISITION OF SECURITIES
In accordance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements and Section 122(1)
of the Companies Act, No 71 of 2008, shareholders are advised that PSG
Asset Management Proprietary Limited (“PSG”) has notified Hudaco that it
has increased its beneficial interest in ordinary shares of the company on
behalf of its clients, such that the total beneficial interest in Hudaco
securities held by PSG is now 5.02% of the total issued Hudaco securities.
