Successful conclusion of wage negotiations
Shareholders of the Company are advised that the Glencore-Merafe Chrome Venture
(the Venture) has successfully concluded wage negotiations with the majority unions
at all of its operations.
A three year agreement was signed at the Venture’s western and eastern smelters,
effective 1 July 2015.
As previously announced, a three year agreement was signed at the Venture’s western
mines, effective 1 July 2014.
The wage agreements at all the Venture’s operations provide for increases in line
with current industry trends.
