that the Company has received the following formal notification
in the prescribed form:
ACQUISITION OF SECURITIES
Investec Limited, registration number 1925/002833/06
(“Investec”), has acquired an additional interest in the
ordinary issued share capital of the Company such that the total
interest in the ordinary shares of the Company held by Investec
amounts to 10.0148% (previously 9.9924%) of the total issued
ordinary share capital of the Company.
