LISTING OF ADDITIONAL NEWGOLD DEBENTURES
NewGold has, from commencement of business today, issued an additional 400,000 NewGold
debentures at an issue price of R146.50 per additional debenture, following subscriptions in
respect of approximately 3,829.622 fine troy ounces of gold bullion.
After the additional issue, there will be 93,377,939 NewGold debentures in issue, referencing
approximately 894,005.566 fine troy ounces of gold bullion.
