Further to the trading statement released on SENS on 28 August 2015, wherein Putrop advised
that its financial results for the year ended 30 June 2015 (“financial results”) are expected to be
released on or about 9 September 2015, shareholders are advised that the Putprop’s financial
results are now expected to be released on or before 16 September 2015.
