REMUNERATION COMMITTEE APPOINTMENT
In accordance with the UKLA Listing Rule 9.6.11R (3), Redefine International, the FTSE 250 UK Real
Estate Investment Trust (“UK-REIT”), is pleased to announce the appointment of Independent Non-
executive Director Sue Ford as a member of its Remuneration Committee, with immediate effect.
The Remuneration Committee now comprises, Michael Farrow (Chairman), Robert Orr and Sue Ford.
