CHANGE IN LEADERSHIP FOR VIDEO ENTERTAINMENT
Imtiaz Patel takes over from Jim Volkwyn as CEO of the Video Entertainment group. Imtiaz has
been with the Naspers group since 1999 and has held various management roles including CEO,
SuperSport and more recently, CEO, MultiChoice South Africa group. A search for a new
Group CEO for the MultiChoice South Africa operations is in progress.
Mr Volkwyn will continue to be involved with the group and will remain a director of
MultiChoice South Africa Holdings Proprietary Limited.
