Directors' Dealings
The Company was today notified that on Wednesday 09 September Andrew Coombs, Chief
Executive Officer of Sirius Real Estate, acquired 420,370 ordinary shares at a price of €0.515 per
share. As a result, Andrew Coombs now has an interest in 3,938,564 ordinary shares representing
0.53% of the total voting rights.
In addition, the Company confirms that on Wednesday 09 September Alistair Marks, Chief Financial
Officer of Sirius Real Estate, disposed of 1,100,000 ordinary shares at a price of €0.515 per share.
Following this disposal Alistair Marks now has an interest in 2,155,953 ordinary shares representing
0.29% of the total voting rights. The sale will facilitate Alistair’s decision to make a permanent move
for him and his family to Berlin, where Sirius Facilities is headquartered.
