RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR
In terms of section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
shareholders are advised of the resignation of the lead independent non-
executive director, Mr Michael Yates, effective from 10 September 2015.
The board is highly appreciative of Mr Yates unselfish efforts to serve the
Company under very trying conditions. His dedication and commitment has not
gone unnoticed. We collectively wish him success in his future endeavours.
