DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE OML SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for OLD MUTUAL PLC and that as a result of
the dividend declaration relating to OLD MUTUAL PLC (OML) the Trustees of the Share Instalment
Trust have declared a dividend amount of 55.7621 cents per OMLNIL share instalment that is
payable on Friday, 30 October 2015. The dividend is subject to a local tax of 15 per cent. No STC
credits were utilized. This results in a net dividend of 47.39779 cents per share instalment. The final
payment will be rounded to two decimal places.
The last day to trade cum-dividend is Thursday, 17 September 2015. The Share Instalment will
commence trading ex-dividend from Friday, 18 September 2015. The record date will be Friday, 25
September 2015.
OLD MUTUAL PLC's income tax number is 9460/144/14/1.
