FOR THE ACQUISITION OF A 100% INTEREST IN REINHARDT TRANSPORT GROUP
PROPRIETARY LIMITED BY LABAT (“Proposed Acquisition”)
Shareholders are referred to the detailed terms announcement released on
the Stock Exchange News Service of the JSE Limited on 11 June 2015
regarding the Proposed Acquisition, and are accordingly advised that the
Company has received an unconditional approval from the Competition
Commission on 8 September 2015 to proceed with the Proposed Acquisition.
Shareholders are further advised that a circular incorporating full detail of the
Proposed Acquisition and notice of general meeting for the purpose of voting
in favour of the transaction will be posted in due course.
