CAPITAL DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE APN SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the Capital amount payable for ASPEN PHARMACARE HLDGS and that as a
result of the Capital declaration relating to ASPEN PHARMACARE HLDGS (APN) the Trustees of the
Share Instalment Trust have declared a Capital amount of 216 cents per APNNII share instalment
that is payable on Monday, 12 October 2015. The Capital is subject to the Investor’s tax status. The
final payment will be rounded to two decimal places.
The last day to trade cum-Capital is Friday, 02 October 2015. The Share Instalment will commence
trading ex-Capital from Monday, 05 October 2015. The record date will be Friday, 09 October 2015.
