DELRAND ANNOUNCES NEX LISTING
Toronto, Canada – September 11, 2015 – Delrand Resources Limited (the “Company”)
(TSX-DRN; JSE-DRN) reports that, further to its August 19, 2015 press release, its common
shares will begin trading on NEX, a separate board of the TSX Venture Exchange, on
Monday, September 14, 2015. The Company’s trading symbol on NEX will be "DRN.H".
As previously announced, the voluntary delisting of the Company’s common shares
from the Toronto Stock Exchange will be effected at the close of business today,
September 11, 2015.
