In accordance with the provisions of the terms and conditions
of Nedbank Limited (‘Nedbank’) Unsecured subordinated note –
“NED 11” under sections C14, C16, F34 and G38 (‘Optional
redemption’) of the Pricing Supplement dated 12 September
2007, investors are herewith advised of the Full Capital
Redemption of NED 11 effective 17 September 2015.
In accordance with the Terms and Conditions, the Registrar
of Banks has granted written approval of the early
redemption of the NED 11 Note at the option of the Issuer.
