DEALINGS IN SECURITIES
In compliance with the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, the following directors
of Oceana, elected to follow their rights to subscribe for new Oceana shares, as detailed
below, pursuant to the rights offer by Oceana (“the Rights Offer”) of which the
finalisation information was released on the Stock Exchange News Service of the JSE
Limited on Friday, 14 August 2015.
In accordance with the salient dates relating to the Rights Offer, the rights issue shares
will be issued on or about Monday, 14 September 2015.
The Rights Offer is in respect of 15,999,997 rights offer shares in the ratio of 13.98414
new rights issue shares for every 100 shares held at the close of trade on Friday,
28 August 2015 at a price of ZAR 75.00 per rights offer share.
