In compliance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act 71 of 2008 (“the Companies Act”) and Regulation 121(2)(b)
of the Companies Act Regulations, 2011, shareholders are advised that enX has received notification from Peregrine
Equities Limited (“Peregrine Equities”) of the disposal by Peregrine Equities of enX shares such that Peregrine
Equities’s total beneficial interest in the company is now 13.75% of enX’s issued shares.
