NOTICE OF MEETING OF NOTEHOLDERS
Notice is hereby given that a meeting (“Meeting”) of the
holders of all the Notes issued by Amber House 2 under its
residential mortgage backed securities programme, pursuant to
which it may from time to time issue notes (“Notes”) in terms
of a programme memorandum dated 20 December 2011, will be held
on Wednesday, 23 September 2015 at 09h00, at the offices of
Maitland Group South Africa Limited, 1st Floor, 32 Fricker
Road, Illovo for the purposes of considering, and, if deemed
fit, passing, with or without modification, the special
resolution to be proposed at the Meeting for the amendment of
the Conditions of the Notes.
