DECLARED INTERIM DIVIDEND ANNOUNCEMENT ON REMGRO LIMITED HOT ENHANCED DIVIDEND SECURITIES –
(“REMIHK”)
With reference to the dividend announcement, the Directors of Remgro Limited declared a final gross dividend of
259 cents per ordinary share which is payable on Monday, 16 November 2015 to ordinary shareholders, and will
be recorded in the books of the company at the close of business on Friday,13 November 2015.
In terms of the new Dividend Tax effective 1 April 2012, the following additional information is disclosed:
1) local dividend tax rate is 15%,
2) STC credits utilized will be 38.85 cents per ordinary share;
3) as a result of the STC credits utilized, the net local dividend amount will be 220.15 cents per ordinary share
for shareholders that are liable to pay new Dividends Tax;
4) the issued share capital of Remgro Limited is 481,106,370 ordinary shares;
5) Remgro Limited tax reference number 9500/124/71/5; and
6) Investec Bank Limited tax reference number is 9675/053/71/5.
Accordingly, the holders of REMIHK will receive a dividend of 220.15 cents on Monday, 16 November 2015 in
terms of the Cession clause incorporated in the Supplement between the holders and Investec Bank Limited. The
last day to trade (“cum” the dividend) in order to participate in the dividend will be Friday, 6 November 2015.
REMIHK Hot Enhanced Dividend Securities will commence trading “ex” the dividend from the commencement of
business on Monday, 9 November 2015, and the record date was Friday, 13 November 2015.
