Notice of change to the board of directors
In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, notice
is hereby given that Mr Lindifa Ronald Mamba has been appointed to the board of directors
of SACMH with effect from 21 September 2015.
Mr Mamba, a director of Comogen Proprietary Limited, a 26% shareholder of the company, has
been appointed as a non-executive director on the board.
Mr Mamba has a BA, LLB and is an attorney with 23 years’ experience in Commercial and Civil
Law. He is the Senior Partner of L R Mamba and Associates, a director of a number of private
companies and legal advisor to a number of parastatals in Swaziland.
The board of SACMH welcomes Mr Mamba to the board and looks forward to his contribution to
the company.
