TRP121: NOTIFICATION OF ACQUISITION OF BENEFICIAL INTEREST IN SECURITIES
BY OLD MUTUAL INVESTMENTS GROUP (PTY) LTD
In compliance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, No. 71 of 2008 (“Act”), regulation
121(2)(b) of the Companies Act Regulations 2011 and section 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited
Listings Requirements, shareholders are hereby advised that Holdsport received the following
formal notification on 23 September 2015 that Old Mutual Investments Group (Pty) Ltd (“Old
Mutual”) have, in aggregate, acquired an interest in the ordinary shares of the Company, such
that the total interest in the ordinary shares of the Company held by Old Mutual increased
from 4.536% to 5.169% of the total issued ordinary shares of the Company.
