In accordance with Listing Rule LR9.6.11, SABMiller plc announces the following changes to the
composition of its board committees, effective 24 September 2015:
- Ms Lesley Knox was appointed to the nomination committee;
- Mr Javier Ferrán was appointed to the remuneration committee; and
- Mr Jan du Plessis and Mr Trevor Manuel were appointed to the corporate accountability and
risk assurance committee.
