that Masala Ramabulana has been appointed as independent non-executive director
of StratCorp with effect from 28 September 2015. Masala is qualified as a Chartered
Accountant with more than 7 years’ financial and managerial experience as the Chief
Operating Officer of Ramabulana Management Services. Masala gained extensive
experience in internal audit services, inventory management, VAT review services and
provision of financial technical support services during the past 36 months in the
capacity as project director for various municipal or similar environments.
