DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE FSR SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for FIRSTRAND LTD and that as a result of the
dividend declaration relating to FIRSTRAND LTD (FSR) the Trustees of the Share Instalment Trust
have declared a dividend amount of 117 cents per FSRNIL share instalment that is payable on
Monday, 12 October 2015. The dividend is subject to a local tax of 15 per cent. This results in a net
dividend of 99.45 cents per share instalment. The final payment will be rounded to two decimal
places.
The last day to trade cum-dividend is Friday, 02 October 2015. The Share Instalment will commence
trading ex-dividend from Monday, 05 October 2015. The record date will be Friday, 09 October
2015.
