NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that HCI’s integrated annual report, incorporating the summarised audited
results for the year ended 31 March 2015, has been posted to shareholders and contains no changes
from the reviewed results which were published on SENS on 22 May 2015. Grant Thornton
Johannesburg partnership audited the results and the annual financial statements of HCI and their
unqualified report is available for inspection at the registered offices of the Company.
Shareholders are advised that the integrated annual report and the annual financial statements for the
year ended 31 March 2015 are available on the Company’s website (www.hci.co.za).
The integrated annual report contains a notice of Annual General Meeting for HCI shareholders, which
will be held at the registered offices of the company, Suite 801, 76 Regent Road, Sea Point, Cape Town,
8005 on Thursday, 29 October 2015 at 12:00.
