LATE RELEASE OF INTERIM FINANCIAL RESULTS
Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcements of 29 June 2015 and 25 August 2015
regarding the appointment of new external auditors of the company. The company has requested
KPMG, the newly appointed external auditors, to perform take on procedures on opening balances
as at 1 January 2015.
As a result, the company does not expect to release its interim results for the period 1 January
2015 to 30 June 2015 by 30 September 2015. The interim results are expected to be released by
not later than 30 October 2015, which is within the extension period provided by paragraph 3.17(a)
of the JSE’s Listings Requirements.
