that the Company has received a notice in terms of Section 122 of the Companies Act, No.
71 of 2008.
Peregrine Equities Proprietary Limited has informed Labat that it has acquired a beneficial
interest in the Company increasing its shareholding to 10.32% of the issued ordinary share
capital of the Company.
