CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements,
shareholders are advised that Mr WRC Holmes has resigned as Chief Financial
Officer of Masonite with effect from 2 October 2015.
The board of Masonite will commence the process of identifying and appointing a
new Chief Financial Officer immediately and until such appointment has been
finalised, Hilton Loring, Chief Executive Officer will ensure that the responsibilities of
the Chief Financial Officer are complied with.
