Provisional liquidation order discharged and further cautionary announcement
Shareholders are referred to the various cautionary and other announcements released over the past year
relating to the provisional liquidation of Brikor, the last of which was published on 16 September 2015.
On 2 October 2015, the Kwa-Zulu Natal High Court has discharged the provisional liquidation order, as
well as the order for the perfection of the notarial bond.
The trading in the shares of the Company on the JSE Limited will remain suspended. Shareholders are
advised to continue exercising caution in trading the Company’s shares until a further announcement is
made.
