DISCLOSURE OF DISPOSAL OF SECURITIES
In accordance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements and Section 122(1)
of the Companies Act, No 71 of 2008, shareholders are advised that Old
Mutual Investment Group Proprietary Limited (“Old Mutual”) has notified
Hudaco that it has disposed of a beneficial interest in ordinary shares of
the company on behalf of its clients, such that the total beneficial
interest in Hudaco securities held by Old Mutual is now 8.92% of the total
issued Hudaco securities.
