RESIGNATION OF FINANCIAL DIRECTOR
In compliance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the Listings
Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders of the Company
are hereby advised that Mr Michael Scott has resigned as the
financial director of the Company with effect from 1 December
2015.
The Company wishes to thank Mr Scott for his contributions
during his tenure as financial director of the Company.
Shareholders are further advised that the Company will advise
shareholders once the appointment of a suitable financial
director has been made.
