CHANGE TO THE BOARD: RESIGNATION OF A NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
In compliance with the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, notification is
hereby given that Mr Tak Hiemstra has resigned from his position as Non-executive
Director of the Company, with immediate effect.
The Board would like to thank Mr Hiemstra for his valuable contribution during his tenure
as a Director of AECI.
