Phumelela Board of Directors (“the Board”) is pleased to announce that Mr Brian Finch
has been appointed to the Board as a non-executive director with effect from 08
October 2015.
Brian currently serves as CEO of British American Tobacco South Africa and director
of various BAT Group companies. He is passionate about the sport of horseracing and
brings a wealth of knowledge as a horse owner and hobby breeder.
The Board welcomes Mr Finch and looks forward to his contribution.
