DISTRIBUTION FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT
Holders of PrefTrax securities are advised that a distribution will be made in respect of the quarter
ended 30 September 2015. The distribution of 26.50167 cents per PrefTrax Security will be comprised
as follows:
Dividend (local) (to be taxed at 15%)(gross) 25.90344 cents
Dividends Withholding Tax (15%) 3.88552 cents
Resultant net dividend 22.01792 cents
Interest (not subject to any withholding tax) 0.59823 cents
The distribution will be made to all holders of PrefTrax securities who were recorded in the register on
25 September 2015 and will be paid on 13 October 2015.
