DISTRIBUTION FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT
Holders of PropTrax SAPY securities are advised that a distribution will be made in respect of the
quarter ended 30 September 2015. The distribution of 94.07035 cents per PropTrax SAPY Security will
be comprised as follows:
Gross REIT Distribution 79.46173 cents
(No Dividend Withholding Tax deducted for SA resident securities
holders)
Non-residents:
Local Dividends withholding Tax (15%) 11.91926 cents
Net dividend 67.54247 cents
Dividend (foreign) (to be taxed at 15%)(gross) 14.38969 cents
Dividends Withholding Tax (15%) 2.15845 cents
Resultant net dividend 12.23124 cents
Interest (not subject to any withholding tax) 0.21893 cents
The distribution will be made to all holders of PropTrax SAPY securities who were recorded in the
register on 25 September 2015 and will be paid on 13 October 2015.
