Further to the dividend announcement released on the Stock Exchange News Service of the JSE Limited
on 2 October 2015, shareholders registered on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange are advised that the
Company is still finalising its tax advice and a further announcement will be made as soon as possible to
inform South African shareholders of the dividend per share net of South African withholding tax.
