In terms of rule 3.59 to 3.62 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are advised that
independent non-executive director, Ms Thembisa Dingaan has resigned from the board of the company
with immediate effect to pursue other focused professional opportunities.
The Board thanks Ms Dingaan for her participation on the board and Audit & Risk Committee and wishes
her success with her future endeavours.
