Shareholders are referred to the detailed joint announcement released by Mediclinic and Al Noor Hospitals Group plc (“Al
Noor”) on the Stock Exchange News Service this morning, in relation to the recommended combination of Mediclinic and Al
Noor, following which Mediclinic shareholders are no longer required to exercise caution when dealing in their Mediclinic
shares.
