NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING, DISTRIBUTION OF THE 2015
INTEGRATED REPORT, RELEASE OF THE 2015 ANNUAL FINANCIAL
STATEMENTS AND NO CHANGE STATEMENT
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of
Super Group shareholders will be held at the Company’s
registered office at 27 Impala Road, Chislehurston, Sandton,
2146 on Tuesday, 24 November 2015 at 09h00 to transact the
business as stated in the notice of the annual general
meeting.
The Company’s 2015 Integrated Report, incorporating the notice
of the annual general meeting, will be distributed to
shareholders today. The 2015 Integrated Report is available on
Super Group`s website www.supergroup.co.za/investors. The
board of directors of the Company has determined, in
accordance with section 59 of the Companies Act, 71 of 2008,
as amended, that the record date for shareholders to be
recorded as shareholders in the securities register of the
Company in order to: (i) be entitled to receive this notice of
annual general meeting is Friday, 9 October 2015, and (ii) be
entitled to attend, participate and vote at the annual general
meeting is Friday, 13 November 2015. Shareholders purchasing
Super Group shares after Friday, 6 November 2015 will not be
entitled to attend, participate and vote at the annual general
meeting in respect of those shares.
The Audited Group Annual Financial Statements and Company
Annual Financial Statements for Super Group have been released
today. They can be found on the Super Group website
www.supergroup.co.za/investors. The Condensed Financial
Statements are published in the Integrated Report and there is
no change from the Company’s reviewed provisional results for
the year ended 30 June 2015 published on the Stock Exchange
News Service of the JSE on 24 August 2015 and subsequently
distributed to shareholders. The Annual Financial Statements
are audited by KPMG Inc., whose unmodified report is available
for inspection at the registered office of the Company. Copies
of the Annual Financial Statements can be obtained from the
registered office of the Company and the Company’s transfer
secretaries.
Copies of the Integrated Report, Sustainability Report,
Corporate Governance Report, Annual Financial Statements and
other investor information is available on the Super Group
Investor App that is available on Apple’s iTunes or Google’s
Play Store.
