NOTICE OF ACQUISITION OF SUPER GROUP SECURITIES
In accordance with Section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, No 71 of 2008,
as amended and paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements,
Super Group shareholders are advised that the Company has received formal
notification that Dimensional Fund Advisors LP, on behalf of itself, in its
capacity as investment manager, and on behalf of its affiliates, who are
also acting as investment managers have, in aggregate, acquired a
beneficial interest in securities in the Company of 5.263% of the issued
ordinary share capital of the Company.
