NO CHANGE STATEMENT
KAP shareholders are advised that the integrated report, containing the annual financial
statements of KAP for the year ended 30 June 2015, is available on KAP’s website at
www.kap.co.za. There are no qualifications or changes to the audited results which were
announced on SENS on 18 August 2015. Copies of the integrated report will be mailed to those
KAP shareholders who have requested copies, on or before 31 October 2015.
NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of shareholders of KAP will be held at 28
Sixth Street, Wynberg, Sandton, 2090 at 12h30 on Monday, 16 November 2015 to transact the
business set out in the notice of annual general meeting mailed to shareholders today. The
date on which shareholders must be recorded as such in the share register of KAP in order to
be eligible to vote at the annual general meeting shall be Friday, 6 November 2015, with the last
day to trade being Friday, 30 October 2015.
