RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Reference is made to the announcement released on SENS on 7 September 2015 wherein shareholders were
advised to exercise caution when dealing in their Pivotal shares until the company received an independent
property valuation of the 5.86% undivided share in the Monte Circle Office Park.
The independent property valuation is still in the process of being completed. Shareholders are accordingly
advised to continue exercising caution when dealing in their Pivotal shares until a further announcement has
been published.
