Holders of notes issued by the Issuer are advised that at the
meeting of all holders of notes issued by the Issuer under its
ZAR5,000,000,000 Asset Backed Note Issuer Programme held on
Friday, 9 October 2015 (“Noteholder Meeting”), all the special
resolutions as set out in the notice of such Noteholder
Meeting were approved by the requisite majority of holders of
notes present or represented by proxy thereat.
