NEDBANK GROUP AND NEDBANK LIMITED – CHANGE TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The boards of Nedbank Group and Nedbank Limited (“the Companies”) advise that Mr Julian
Roberts will be stepping down as a non-executive director on 31 October 2015 following his
retirement from Old Mutual plc.
Nedbank Group and Nedbank Limited Chairman, Mr Vassi Naidoo, thanked Mr Roberts for
his contribution to the Companies during both his first period on the board (2001 to 2006)
and then again from December 2009 to 31 October 2015.
Vassi stated that Julian’s independent thinking and knowledge of the key strategic drivers of
the global financial services industry would be sorely missed and he wished Julian a healthy
and fulfilled retirement.
