In accordance with section 122(3) (b) of the Companies Act, No 71 of 2008 and section 3.83(b) of the
JSE Limited`s Listings Requirements, shareholders are hereby advised that the Company has received
formal notification of the following movement in securities of the Company:
Midbrook Lane (Pty) Ltd, Protea Asset Management LLC and Conduit Capital Limited (“Midbrook”)
collectively has notified CMH that it has acquired a beneficial interest of 0.54% of the total issued
shares of CMH. Midbrook’s total interest in the Company now amounts to 10.28% of the total
issued shares.
