TRADING STATEMENT
In terms of paragraph 3.4(b) of the Johannesburg Stock Exchange’s Listings
Requirements, a listed company is required to publish a trading statement as
soon as it is satisfied that a reasonable degree of certainty exists that the
financial results for the period to be reported on next will differ by at least 20%
from those of the previous corresponding period.
Shareholders are advised that the Group’s earnings per share (“EPS”) and
headline earnings per share (“HEPS”) for the six months ended 31 August 2015
are expected to be 4.5 cents per share to 4.7 cents per share (100% to 110%) as
compared to EPS and HEPS of 2.23 cents per share for the previous
corresponding period.
The final announcement of the results for the six months ended 31 August 2015
will be released on SENS 30 October 2015.
This trading statement and the forecast financial information contained therein
has not been reviewed nor reported on by the Group’s external auditors.
