ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING THE PROPOSED ACQUISITION OF JD GROUP’S
CONSUMER FINANCE BUSINESS
Noteholders are referred to the announcement released by
RCS Investment Holdings Limited (“RCS”) on 18 December 2014 advising
that RCS had made a conditional offer to purchase the Consumer
Finance Business and debtor books from the JD Group Limited (“JD
Group”).
After extensive evaluation by the RCS management team and the JD
Group and in accordance with the provisions of the Sale of Business
Agreement, RCS was advised that the transaction will not continue.
