PARTIAL DE-LISTING OF NEWGOLD PALLADIUM DEBENTURES
NewGold has, from commencement of business today, de-listed 3,200,000 and
3,900,000 NewGold Palladium Debentures following the redemption of
approximately 31,795.795 and 38,751.125 fine troy ounces of Palladium bullion.
After the de-listing, there will be 43,884,696 NewGold Palladium Debentures in
issue, referencing approximately 436,046.500 fine troy ounces of Palladium bullion.
