CHANGE OF THE COMPANY SECRETARY
In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, Indequity
shareholders are advised that Ms Ramona Fourie has resigned from her position as company
secretary of Indequity, with effect from [30 October 2015].
The board of directors of Indequity (“the Board”) is pleased to announce that Ms Zelda Olivier has
been appointed as company secretary of Indequity with effect from [2 November 2015]. Ms Zelda
Olivier has completed her BCom degree at the University of Stellenbosch and is currently in her first
year of employment.
The Board would like to thank Ms Ramona Fourie for her valuable contribution to the Company and
wishes her well in her future endeavours.
