ACQUISITION OF PRISMA – FULFILMENT OF CONDITIONS PRECEDENT
Further to the announcement released on SENS on 7 October 2015 and using the terms defined therein
unless otherwise stated, shareholders are hereby advised that all the conditions precedent to the Acquisition,
including the conclusion of service contracts between the Sellers and Prisma, have been fulfilled or waived
and the transaction is now unconditional with the effective date being 1 October 2015.
